Roller Express is the perfect way to celebrate the season with friends and family! This year, the event takes place in the TD West Carriageway, on the northwest side of Union Station, one level below the Great Hall, with entrance off York Street and direct street access. The lively atmosphere features upbeat music, colorful lights, and fun for all ages. For regular hours, there is no charge for entry, skate rentals, protective equipment rentals, or rink time, making it easy for everyone to join in and create memorable moments.

For those new to skating, or anyone wanting to sharpen their skills, Roller Express offers special instructional sessions where experienced instructors teach the basics and help skaters gain confidence on the rink. It’s a chance to learn, laugh, and glide your way through a festive and active outing this holiday season.

Glide into winter at our indoor roller rink including free skate rentals and lessons, DJ nights, 19+ Winter Mixers, and so much more! The Union Winter Roller Express, presented by TD is a free indoor roller skating experience located in the TD West Carriageway in Toronto's Union Station.

All guests must pre-register for the Roller Express. Pre-registration is available for 2-hour timeslots within the hours of operation: 11am- 1pm, 1:30pm – 3:30pm, 4pm-6pm, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, an additional slot at 9pm-11pm on Saturday's for 19+.

There is no charge for entry, skate rentals, protective equipment rentals, or rink time. However, you must provide a physical piece of government-issued photo ID to rent skates, safety gear, helmets which will be held until you return your skates.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot. Please note that guests must leave the rink at the end of your two hour time slot. Please account for time required to change into and return your rental skates within your timeslot.

Please note that this is registration for the week of Dec 1-7th. Tickets for upcoming weeks will be released on a weekly basis every Monday at 9am.
