Toronto’s biggest celebration of film returns this September.

The Toronto International Film Festival returns September 10–20, 2026, for its 51st edition, bringing some of the year’s most anticipated films, filmmakers, and special events to the city.

TIFF is about more than sitting in a theatre. For 11 days, downtown Toronto comes alive with screenings, premieres, industry events, and the unmistakable energy that takes over King Street West.
